Can you show me a picture of what a size 8 pants / shirts mean like?

I used to wear trousers size 8 and a size medium shirt, but I do not remember what that looks like. I am losing weight, and I want to buy clothes (I know it frowned upon) in sizes of inspiration to come back down to size. Is there anyone willing or able to show me a photo of this size? Btw, I am a woman 25 years old.
