Photo Original

How can I keep the original size of a photo on my own theme wallpaper for Windows 7?

I made my theme own background in Windows 7 using personal photos, but the photos are blown up in size and they are not stretched or out of proportion but most of the sides of the picture are cut because they are too large. I do not see any ants in this setting to the Personalize menu. WHERE in this question I said I want to edit my pictures?
